The Scientific-theoretical Journal
"IZVESTIYA VYSSHIKH UCHEBNYKH ZAVEDENII. MATEMATIKA"

"Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii. Matematika" is a monthly scientific-theoretical journal. It embraces the most significant research works in mathematics and mechanics, as well as surveys of the state-of-the-art in this research area which are of interest to a wide spectrum of researchers in mathematics and mechanics.

The journal also publishes brief communications where the results are stated without proofs.

After being announced as a brief communication, the full-text version of a paper can be published in another periodical. The reference on the brief communication is obligatory.

By submitting papers to the Editorial Board, the authors acknowledge the right of Kazan State University to publish them in Russian and to reissue them in any foreign language. In this connection, the authors have to sign the Contractual Agreement (it can be downloaded from the website of Kazan State University at http://www.ksu.ru/journals/izv_vuz/) and send two copies of the document with signatures notarized at the authors' places of employment to the Editorial Board. The authors should contact the Russian Authors Society (RAO) (http://www.ksu.ru/journals/izv_vuz/) for any questions connected with authors' royalties for republishing papers abroad.

After the issue's publication, authors receive the PDF version of the paper in Russian. The Editorial Board has no right to send translated versions (as printing copies or electronic files) of the papers to the authors, because the distribution rights on the translated version of the journal issues belong to Springer Publishing Company.
