Proceedings of the EASTMAG-2007 Symposium will be published in the Russian Academy of Sciences journal "Physics of Metals and Metallography". Selected contributions, which fit the general topic of the EASTMAG-2007 symposium, will be subject to a standard peer review procedure and published as a regular issue of the journal. Poor English can be a reason for refusal of a manuscript.
