Accommodation has been negotiated at hotels of different categories in Kazan. You can make your reservation by filling in your hotel the special reservation form (to appear later). Hotel rates (around 60 Euro/night/single) and available rooms can only be guaranteed if booked in advance (will be announced later). The hotel rooms are booked on first come – first served basis.

Payment options
No payment for accommodation will be made to EASTMAG-2007 Organizers. Payment for the accommodation will be made to the hotel directly by cash. Most of credit/debit cards (VISA, EuroCARD/MastreCARD, Maestro, etc.) can be used to either make payments, or to get cash from a cashpoint in Russian Rubles.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact EASTMAG-2007 Organizing Committee as soon as possible but not later than July 20, 2007, to avoid cancellation costs. After that date, a cancellation cost equivalent to at least one night will be charged.

Dormitories of Kazan State University provide accommodation for students and young scientists. Fees are moderate (about Euro10 per day), but the living conditions are rather Spartan, however. The number of rooms in dormitories is limited. That is why a place in the dormitory is reserved only for those who submitted the application (the form will be provided later) until June 30, 2007.
