Visiting Russia
Dear Symbionts!
Visiting our country for you sometimes is not as easy as travelling inside the Eurozone, so you need to apply for Russian visa to Russian Embassy nearest to your place of stay with official invitation. We prepare these invitations through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and for this invitation we need copies of your passports! This is not easy and takes time. Then we will send these invitations for you to your university or home. You can also try to apply using www.visitrussia.org.uk web-site online visa application.
Attention! You should send your passport copies on a separate e-mail address: pasportsk09@yahoo.com.
We also need information about your home and University addresses, faculty and your status in the University, telephone and fax numbers, expected arrival and departure dates.
In Russia all this is not easy...
Otherwise, the delay will lead to impossibility for you to come and participate in SymBioSE.
Waiting for your quick answers.
If you have any questions or need more information please ask organizers by e-mail: Tanusha.Baltina@mail.ru

Presenting your country
We want to ask you to tell us about your university and your country. It can be a sort of short presentation (a song, a dance, a play or anything else) made in a creative way. You need to show peculiarities of your university and your culture. You'll get about 15 minutes for the presentation. So make it bright, unusual and unique.
If there is something special you need for the presentation - write us about it.
Training
We'd like to make some training during the conference. So if there is something you can teach other participants, write us! Tell us what you need for the training, how much time it takes, what place you need. If you have any questions or need more information please ask organizers by e-mail: bez_dn@mail.ru or pezz.dn@google.com
